De stichting Florielectric heeft als doel het promoten van elektrische mobiliteit van en na(ar) de Floriade. Daarvoor zijn er speciaal voor elektrische auto’s oplaadpunten vooraan op de parkeerplaats van de Floriade. Dit is mogelijk gemaakt door de medewerking van netbeheerder Enexis en de stichting e-laad.nl.

Hotels met een floriade arrangement inclusief een elektrische auto om zelf mee naar de Floriade te rijden en gratis te parkeren zijn:
Hotel Wilhelmina, Parkhotel Horst en hotel van der Valk Venlo.

Welcome

The Florielectric foundation wants to promote e-mobility during the Floriade. Especially for the Floriade we have developed a car rental package for transport of your guests or staff during the Floriade. You can rent for the full duration of the Floriade (April 5 till October 7 *) an electric Peugeot iOn.The special rate for this 180 days rental is 5400 Euro, excluding VAT, so just 30 Euro per day.Insurance is included: collision damage waiver, theft protection and vehicle license fee.

*If you need the car earlier than April 5 this can be arranged.

This new electric car will be available for you the full time to solve your transportation needs to and from the Floriade. Advantages:

• PRICE; this is much cheaper than taxi costs or traditional rentals• NO FUEL COST, you can recharge the car on the main parking lot free of charge• Vehicle range 100 kilometres with one charge• Recharging is with green energy• NO PARKING FEE, the car comes with a free parking ticket (saving 10 Euro per day, total 1800 Euro)• The Peugeot iOn seats up to 4 persons.• Drive yourself (need of course a drivers license), so maximum availability.• Parking on the first row of the main Parking of the Floriade, here are 60 charge points located.• Free publicity; an option is to have your company or country Logo on the vehicle at no extra cost.

This special offer is a cooperation between Peugeot, Hertz Rent a Car and the Floriade.
